Pasta... apparently!

  1. Is that cheese pasta and cheese and biscuits to follow? After all those nice lookibg veggies over the last few days, think of it as complimentary therapy...

  2. you must have been very wicked in a previous life to deserve all this

  5. Your pasta is the worst looking yet. Do I see sweetcorn in it? The cream crackers are looking like gourmet food here...

  6. Are these food from RyanAir?

  7. And the green bits are...???? Shreds of cabbage? Lengths of festive ribbon? Strips of insulation tape? A full set of acrylic nails?

    Sheesh. Poor TM.

  8. Not as we know it it aint.

What on earth are those green things floating about in it, pieces of grass perhaps.

At least you could make yourself a cheese cracker snack.

  9. Poor TM it looks like something you see down a alley most saturday and sunday mornings.

  11. My Dad was in hospital recently. I think the only thing he actually managed to eat was the cheese & biscuits, which looked exactly like that picture up there. Everything else was utterly inedible!

  12. oooohhhh gastric plastic...lol

  13. Urrghhh.

Yes, what are those square bits. Strikes me they're working on a theme this week. "What can we prepare that most looks like something that's been left in a skip". Or "Selections from the Slop Bucket".

    It looks gross.

At least the cheese and biscuits haven't been tampered with.

Can't wait to hear news of X ray results etc. Bet you can't, either. Will they plaster your leg up when you go do you think? Or will you just be on non-weight bearing for a while.

Courage, mon petit chouchou. Freedom approaches!

  14. Hi TM,
I know what the black bits are! They are those little black metal clips you get in the back of picture / photo frames to hold the backing board on - you slot them into a little slit then fold them over - easy! The rest of it looks like a scrunched up dishcloth which has been retrieved from a bucket of puke! The cheese looks like a pencil rubber and probably tastes like one too! Roll on tomorrow, I take it Mrs TM will be visiting with usual tasty salmon bagel!

  15. however are you going to be able to stand a diet of normal food when you are released ? i think that maybe you should ask for the recipes of this sumptuous fare that you have been recieving so that mrs traction can prepare it for you at home . dobnt want your system going into shock do we?

  16. Oh now that is really horrible and I must say I used to look forward to (in a doomed kind of way - remember I was ill lol) anything that had pasta in it even though I knew it would be overcooked and have no cheese. The cheese after wasn't really a consolation was it? A bit of sweaty cheese in plastic - ewww. I couldn't have even tried that and I'm pretty brave. I hope Mrs TM is coming in with supplies tomorrow Traction man. I'm quite scared for you after seeing that pasta. If I send you a modest sum would you be able to order in a takeaway? I saw a couple of things being delivered when I was 'inside' but I didn't indulge - mainly due to the horrified fascination that was felt when looking under the plastic lid each meal time

  17. Have no fear, supplies will be here tomorrow with Mrs TM. This evening I had a chocolate Ensure for supper. I'm managing to maintain my weight reasonably well by eating biscuits and Ensure. I have'nt ordered takeaways as they tend to be quite greasy and as I've developed a stomach ulcer over the past nine months, I don't think my digestive system would cope.

  18. Wait... you took that first shot after you'd eaten, right?

    ReplyDelete
  19. That was shot before I took a mouthful. I like to show you the presentation. I could have had peas but I decided not to.

  20. You ATE it!? You, sir, are a brave man. And, I imagine, a hungry one. I salute you.

  21. I wormed my cat the other day, he chewed on grass later and threw up and it looked exactly like the inedible crap you posted.

What cheese did you have ?

I hope it was Edam as it has less fat and calories than other cheeses.

Crackers have too much salt, some inferiour brands of crackers use flour that is of low quality.

Here in Crete we have sattelite channels from various countries, one of which is Kuaite, all Arab channels we get continuously show American films and shows.

I was watching the Kuaite channel the other day, there was an Australian series on it called " Whats Good For You ".

The Austrailians did tests on butter and margerine. All tests proved that butter was bad for you... If they saw what you are served they would go mental as every meal you are served is unhealthy.
